How AI Summaries Work

The AI Summary feature leverages OpenAI’s GPT-4o model, but rest assured—it only analyzes the responses within your project. The AI is exclusively for the specific question that it’s summarizing, delivering insights tailored to your survey.

How to Use It

Getting started is simple:

1. Navigate to Your Survey Question: Open the report containing the open-ended responses you’d like to analyze.

2. Click “Generate” AI Summary: The summary won’t run automatically, so you’re in full control of when to generate it.  You can turn it on for each individual question or select “Generate all AI summaries” at the top of the report page to generate summaries for all questions at once.

3. Review the Results: The AI will generate a concise summary of key themes and points, making it easy to interpret feedback at a glance. You can also add filters and re-generate the summaries to see responses from various combinations of respondents.

We understand the importance of protecting your data. Here’s how we keep your information secure:

• Data Isolation: Your data remains strictly within your project and is never shared or applied to any other AI training models or competitor studies.
• Complete Confidentiality: Client data is not used to train AI models—ever.
• User Control: You decide when (and if) to use AI Summaries. This feature is entirely optional, and summaries are only generated when you request them.
